Already certified by another school?
The Transition Program allows you to get the whole Polestar experience at a discounted rate, while being recognised for what you already know. Transition is available for our Pilates Studio and Pilates for Rehabilitation programs and consists of the 2-day Principles course (PF or PR) followed by six consecutive 8-hour days.
To qualify, you must satisfy the pre-requisites for the Polestar for Rehab or Studio programs and be certified by a reputable Pilates education company in a comprehensive program covering a combination of Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel and Mat work. As a transition student you will perform the reading and writing assignments and prove self-mastery and competency just like any other Rehab or Studio student.

Show proof of Pilates Certification through another organisation which include:
Comprehensive programs approved by the PAA (Pilates Alliance of Australasia)

Duration & Dates: total course 8 days. Held in a block series in Melbourne and Sydney in 2008 over nine days, with one day off in the middle.
