Polestar Transition Course
Already certified by another school?
The Transition Program allows you to get the whole Polestar experience at a discounted rate, while being recognised for what you already know. Transition is available for our Pilates Studio and Pilates for Rehabilitation programs.
To qualify, you must satisfy the pre-requisites for the Polestar for Rehab or Studio programs and be certified by a reputable Pilates education company in a comprehensive program covering a combination of Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel and Mat work. As a transition student you will perform the reading and writing assignments and prove self-mastery and competency just like any other Rehab or Studio student.

Comprehensive programs approved by the PAA (Pilates Alliance of Australasia)
