All Polestar Programs require you to take the PF or PR module before completing any series. It only needs to be completed once, as you may wish to do both the Studio and Mat series. Therefore this module is sold separately and will require you to register for this first before completing your first series registration. Outlined below are series packages and individual pricing.
Please note: The PF and PR module is not included in any series pricing, it is sold separately.
Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Programs
Pilates for Rehabilitation and Pilates Studio
- Each course is two days (16 hours) consisting of lecture and lab time where you practice and receive educator feedback.
- For certification, you will be required to complete at your own expense, the required reading and writing assignments; 40 hours of observation, 200 hours of self mastery practice and 200 hours of apprentice teaching.
- Polestar course manuals are included. Other assigned reading materials may be purchased at most bookstores or through Polestar head office in Sydney.
- Coaching is available at select locations and fees are paid directly to the coaching site or mentor.
Series Package Pricing:
Rehab: R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-6 and exam
Studio: S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-5, S-6 and exam
EARLY BIRD - $4350 (Must be paid in full at time of registration.)
PAYMENT PLAN - $4500 (Deposit of $500 at time of registration, plus 8 monthly payments of $500. Includes one time handling fee of $150). See full payment plan details at bottom of this page.
Individual courses:
PR or PF $500 EACH
Rehab courses R-1 through R-6 $750 EACH
Studio courses S-1 through S-6 $750 EACH
Final Exam: (3 to 6 months after final course in the series)

Pilates Allegro Reformer and Pilates Mat
- Each course is two days (16 hours) consisting of lecture and lab time where you practice and receive educator feedback.
- For certification, you will be required to complete at your own expense, the required reading and writing assignments; 25 hours of observation, 50 hours of self mastery practice and 50 hours of apprentice teaching.
- Polestar course manuals are included. Other assigned reading materials are at additional cost.
Series Package Pricing:
Mat: M-1, M-2, M-3 and exam
Allegro : A-1, A-2, A-3 and exam
EARLY BIRD - $1550 (Must be paid in full at time of registration.)
PAYMENT PLAN - $1650 (Deposit of $650 at time of registration, plus 2 monthly payments of $500. Includes one time handling fee of $100.) See full payment plan details at bottom of this page.
Individual courses:
PR or PF $500 EACH
Mat courses M-1 through M-3 $500 EACH
Allegro courses A-1 through A-3 $500 EACH
Final Exam: (3 to 6 months after final course in the series)

Polestar Pilates Transition Program
- Already certified with another Education Body. You must qualify by showing proof of certification.
- Transition course consists of an 8-day block including 2-day PF/PR and then 6 days (one day each of) each module of either Studio (S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-5, S-6) or Rehab (R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-6)
TOTAL COST - $3000 Must be paid in full at time of registration.
Certificate IV in PIlates Instruction (91121 NSW)
(in arrangement with PilatesITC)
The Certificate IV in Pilates Instruction (91121 NSW) includes: either Rehab or Studio Series, plus M2 and M3 (of the Mat Series) and specific Certificate IV modules which will be held on the Friday afternoon prior to R1 thru R6 or S1 thru S6.
Complete Series Package Pricing:
Full Rehab series (P-R, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, R-6) OR Full Studio series (P-F, S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, S-5, S-6), PLUS – M2 & M3, PLUS Certificate IV Modules.
EARLY BIRD - $6500 Must be paid in full at time of registration.
PAYMENT PLAN - $7000 Deposit of $1000 at time of registration, plus 8 monthly payments of $750. Includes one time handling fee of $150. See full payment plan details at end of this brochure.
INDIVIDUAL COURES - As outlined above in Comprehensive and Fitness Programs sections for Rehab, Studio and Mat components.
CertIV Modules - $1550 or Early Bird pricing $1300 (if paid 6 weeks prior to start of course).
Continuing Education or Workshops
One-day courses: $300 EACH
Two-day courses: $600 EACH
You many receive discount on Continuing Education if you are a Pilates Alliance member. Each workshop will state the individual discount.
Private In-House Training
Daily fee for 0-10 participants: $1500 per day
Daily fee for over 10 participants: $2000 per day
Materials - course manuals: $25 per person, per course
Exams (as above)
Additonal Fees: educator airfare, morning and afternoon teas, all ground transportation and accommodations (if applicable)
Payment Plan
- Available on comprehensive and fitness program packages.
- One time non-refundable handling fee: $150 for Rehab or Studio, $100 for Mat or Allegro will be added to the package price.
- Initial deposit of $500.00 (Rehab & Studio) or $650 (Mat & Allegro) will be debited from your credit card to reserve your space in the series. If registration is less than 30 days before start date of first course in the series, the initial deposit PLUS the first installment will be required at time of registration.
- The balance of the tuition will be divided into monthly payments that will be automatically debited from your credit card.
- The number of monthly payments and amount depends on the package.
- Payments begin one month after registration, and will typically be processed on the 1st of every month. If date falls on a weekend or holiday, debit will be processed the following business day.
