Polestar Pilates Comprehensive programs provide in-depth instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice, using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Mat and small props. The curriculum focuses on:
1. In-depth working knowledge of Pilates movement principles.
2. Experiential acquisition of Pilates in self.
3. Critical reasoning skills for application of Pilates with clients and patients.
There are two programs to choice from:
Modular Schedule
Courses are scheduled on weekends, about a month apart, minimizing time away from home and work. The time between courses facilitates study, observation and practice, allowing you to master the material before continuing to the next module.

From 2007, Polestar Pilates Australia in arrangement with Pilates International (PilatesITC), will give new students the opportunity to complete the Certificate IV in Pilates Instruction (91121 NSW).
Through an arrangement Polestar Australia has put in place with Pilates International, Polestar Australia is able to offer our new students the opportunity to complete a formal, government recognised qualification. PilatesITC will deliver compulsory units of competency to fulfill the requirements of a professional level one Pilates instructor. These units include Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), Hygiene and Referrals within the Health industry, Adult Learning, Communications and Work Professionally in the Pilates Industry.
